Built by the people who ran procurement.
Zavo is the procurement brain, covering intake and orchestration through contracts, supplier performance, and spend. We built the thing we spent our careers wishing existed.
This started on the procurement floor
Not in a product meeting. On the floor, mid-quarter, with a supplier on hold and a number that would not add up.
We ran procurement inside some of the world's largest companies, then spent years optimizing it as consultants. It worked. A year later the same leaks were back, because the judgment lived in the room with us and left when we did.
Existing procurement solutions in the market fell short. Client after client said the same: every system expected procurement to change to suit the tool. Change is hard, so instead of adopting them, teams would simply bypass them.
So we set out to build a solution that fits into your ecosystem. Everything technology can carry, it carries. Everything that needs judgment stays with the people who have it.
That's how Zavo was born. An AI-native platform carrying our judgment, from intake to pay, that fits how your team already works. A procurement brain built from practitioner experience and designed to stay.
Human-led. Built for partnership, not replacement.

Why we built Zavo
“I spent years watching procurement teams search for answers that already existed across systems. The challenge was never a lack of information. It was a lack of context.
We built Zavo to solve that problem. By connecting the knowledge, commitments and intelligence already present across the business, we’re creating the Procurement Brain: an AI-native procurement platform that helps teams understand what matters, what is coming and where to act next.
Our vision is simple: to give procurement leaders the context and confidence to make better decisions, faster.”

The people who built it
Zavo’s founders are its practitioner bench. The same people who ran procurement inside large enterprises designed how Zavo reasons. They are still in the room when it goes live somewhere new. You are not handed off from the people who sold it to the people who know how it works.
